What You Get

A code-first path to building and shipping production AI agents.

Agent Architecture

Design agents and know when not to use one.

Tools & Function Calling

Wire agents to real tools and structured outputs.

Memory & Retrieval

Manage context, memory, and retrieval well.

Orchestration

Multi-step and multi-agent patterns that hold up.

Evals & Guardrails

Make agents safe and reliable for production.

Engineering Leverage

This track is for engineers who want to build real agent systems, not toy demos. We cover architecture, tools and function calling, memory, orchestration, evaluation, and the guardrails that make agents safe to ship.

It is hands-on and grounded in your codebase and use case, taught by someone who builds and ships production agent systems.

Who This Track Is For

Backend, full-stack, and ML-adjacent engineers.
Tech leads adding agents to a real product.
Engineers tired of demos that fall apart in production.
Teams standardizing how they build agents.
Developers who want to automate their own workflow.
Section 02

What You Will Learn

  • Agent architecture and when to use one (and when not to).
  • Tools, function calling, and structured outputs.
  • Memory, retrieval, and context management.
  • Multi-step orchestration and multi-agent patterns.
  • Evaluation, observability, and guardrails for production.
  • Automating your own engineering tasks with agents.

How It Works

Sessions are live and code-first. You bring a real use case or codebase, and we build against it so what you learn maps directly to your work.

  • Live coding sessions, recorded for you to keep.
  • Real frameworks and current best practices.
  • Code review and architecture feedback.
  • Async support between sessions.
04

Frameworks and Tools

We work with current, production-grade tools rather than a single locked-in stack. The focus is on patterns that transfer: tool calling, memory, orchestration, and evals, so you can apply them with whatever framework your team uses.

What You Will Build

You leave with a real agent, not a toy. We build against your use case so the result is something you can keep and extend.

An agent with tools and structured outputs.
Memory and retrieval wired in.
Multi-step orchestration for real tasks.
An eval suite and guardrails.
A path to deploy and monitor it.
Section 06

  • Workflow agents that orchestrate multiple steps.
  • Internal copilots grounded in your docs and APIs.

Masterclass FAQ

What background do I need?

Comfortable writing code in any mainstream language and using APIs. No prior AI or ML experience required. If you are non-technical, take the Foundations track instead.

Will we use my real codebase?

Yes. Sessions are built around your use case or codebase so the patterns map directly to your work. The Team Workshop goes deeper on your specific stack.

Which frameworks do you teach?

We focus on transferable patterns (tool calling, memory, orchestration, evals) using current production-grade tools, so you are not locked into one framework.

Do we cover production concerns?

Yes. Evaluation, observability, guardrails, cost, and deployment are core, because the gap between a demo and production is exactly where most agent projects fail.

How much does it cost?

It starts at $150 for a single deep session. There is also a 4-session Engineering Track and a private Team Workshop. Pricing is per session with no retainer.

How long does it take to build a production AI agent?

A focused engineer can ship a real, scoped agent across a 4-session track. The single deep session is enough to architect one and get the first version working against your code.

Do you cover multi-agent systems and orchestration?

Yes. We cover single-agent patterns first, then multi-step and multi-agent orchestration, including when the added complexity is worth it and when a simpler design wins.

Is this available remotely?

Yes. All sessions are remote by default via video call, available worldwide across time zones.

Speaking on production AI agents

How the Masterclass Works

A code-first path from first agent to production-ready, built around your real use case.

Step 1

Architecture

1 session

We design the agent for your use case: when an agent is the right call, how to scope it, and how tools, memory, and control flow fit together.

Deliverables

  • Agent design
  • Tooling plan
  • Scope and success criteria
Step 2

Build

1-2 sessions

Live coding against your codebase: tool and function calling, structured outputs, memory, retrieval, and multi-step orchestration.

Deliverables

  • Working agent
  • Tool integrations
  • Memory and orchestration in place
Step 3

Evaluate

Step 4

Ship and Iterate

Ongoing

We take it to production: deployment, cost and latency tuning, and a plan to iterate safely after launch.
