  • Ownership of all custom deliverables transfers to you on full payment, as defined in the MSA.
  • Pre-existing open-source work (Laradock, Apiato, Porto) and general know-how remain mine; anything built for you is yours.
  • Source code, infrastructure config, and credentials documented and handed over at engagement end.
  • Delivered in standard, portable formats so the work can be maintained without me.
  • I work under your contracts and paperwork (NDA, DPA, MSA), not only my own. Send yours and I will sign.
